To be honest, I think I’ve only studied for half an hour today… Yikes! My professional practice ethics exam is on October 18th and I just started studying yesterday. I better get my butt moving on the studying!!!

Long Day
After a late Friday night at a family friend’s reception, I was a little tired… I ended up needing to go to work today and also do some mundane stuff like grocery shopping. I also helped Liz and Becca finish Liz’s wedding book, which I’m proud to say is beautiful!

klean kanteen
Got my new klean kanteen water bottle today. It also doubles as a mug for tea, coffee, soup, etc… Awesome mug! (I wonder if I can get paid for promoting a product on my webpage)

Vermillion Lakes – One Day At A Time
I convinced my friends to drive out to Banff at 4:30 in the morning to try and get some sunrise shots at Vermillion Lakes. After some shuffling around in the dark and trying to figure out where to take shots we were all set. Every body except for me. I had forgotten to bring my tripod! I boosted the ISO and took hand held shots. Ah well, you live and you learn! After the sunrise shots we ended up going for breakfast and then did the C-level cirque hike. We finished the day off in Banff with a soak in the hot springs. A good labor day all in all! Here are some more shots from the rest of the day.
